We review and verify listings before they go live, but we don't guarantee the accuracy of every detail submitted by agents or landlords. You should independently confirm a property's condition, title, and pricing before entering any agreement.

primehomes is a platform that connects buyers, tenants, landlords, and agents — we are not a party to any sale or lease agreement made between users.

Agents and landlords listing on primehomes agree to provide accurate property information and respond to inquiries in good faith. Listings found to be fraudulent or misleading will be removed, and repeat violations may result in account suspension.

You agree not to post fake listings, misrepresent your identity, harass other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

primehomes is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, including disputes over price, property condition, or title.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of primehomes after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
